This hotel used to be the best in Palmas but has really gone downhill. When we arrived, we noticed immediately that the hotel is under construction even though there was no information at all about it when we made the reservation. The hotel was a horrible mess outside and the entrance was really bad and filthy, definitely not somewhere you take your 90 year old parents. When I told the guy at front desk, he didn’t even answer me. The rooms were very old, outdated and ugly. Breakfast was chaotic as there was a crowd and the food we ordered and reordered, never arrived but there was food other than that on the buffet including really good fresh bread, the only thing we enjoyed about the hotel. I canceled the rest of our stay and went to HPlus Premium hotel and was very happy as it was a 1000% better.

Hotel antigo e mal cuidado, a impressão que da é que um dia foi um hotem fantástico mas nao conseguiram manter, o café da manha é bom, os quartos apesar de limpos sao antigos, com botoes que nao funcionam e luzes queimadas, pelo preço existem opcoes bem.melhores na cidade

Depois de um tour incrível pelo Jalapão pensamos em descansar um dia em uma boa piscina antes de irmos embora, o hotel sem qualquer aviso prévio decidiu interditar a piscina para lavar as bolinhas da piscina de bolinhas. Quando questionei a gerente ela disse que iria tentar pedir pro pessoal agilizar e em 1 hora a piscina estaria liberada, porém a noite chegou e nada de piscina. Um absurdo pagar mais caro e não ter as comodidades oferecidas pelo hotel, não recomendo pra ninguém.

Hotel incrível!!! Bonito, café da manhã sensacional, piscina ótima!!!!!! Mas, os quartos, ainda mais pra quem tem algum problema alérgico/respiratório, lamentáveis. Cheiro de mofo o tempo inteiro, basta abrir a porta!!! Papeis de parede antigos, antiquados prliferadores de mofo Falo no plural pois visitei dois quartos devido ao cheiro de mofo e mesmo tendo mudado a acomodação, o problema persistiu Uma pena, pois acabou com a boa experienciar e me rendeu dias de antialérgico
