We were underwhelmed by the location and upkeep of the ****s around the property. However, the main issue we had was we were assigned to a room directly above the 2 automatic sliding doors that one must use to enter the facility and lead to the front desk. After settling into our room we started realizing that the doors made a lot of noise and they also made a vibration. We usually try to make do, but this seemed to be a big problem in the making, so i put went down to speak with the lady at the desk. She immediately pointed to a paper that said quiet hours were after 9 or 10 pm. and that we would not need to worry. That was not the case, my wife heard people entering up to 12 midnight and when i was awake at 630 am i heard the doors also. The only reason my wife was not terribly bothered by the sounds in the morning is she used some earplugs that we went and bought at the walmart which is right there after the lady would not consider moving us to another room. We feel it is dishonest and a bad business practice to make people use a room that obviously has sound issues and we also are quite certain they are aware of the sound problem. :( So much for Canadian hospitality. I wont give them a one star, because that would be a pretty horrible place, but i'm tempted to, perhaps i just did by stating it.
