Hospitality was excellent, beauful seafacing rooms, mouthwatering food. I must add Na*** at reception, Pratima in restaurant, ***ager Upendra in Bar, Chief Engineer and GM Mr Khanna were just great. They all made our stay so conformable. Neeraj Mehra

Loved the place. The view from the dining area is great. Very peaceful and beautiful. Can hear birds all around. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Ajitesh served us very well. Was very efficient and prompt in his services. Highly recommend this place.

The rooms, facilities and food is of course good like other 5-star properties. What makes it stand apart is an amazing and breathtaking view of the sea and hospitality of the staff. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best places to stay when you're in Port Blair.

Just wanna say must visit hotel if coming to Anda*** and Nicobar the best thing about this hotel is their staffs to much courteous and kind and humble and ***y more , and the view from the rooms are just mesmerizing can't explain in words . Keep it up guys shine bright good wishes for the staffs . And I really wanna share some mesmerized views from the hotel .

Very good service by Ajitesh. Every meal which we order was delivered on time. Packed breakfast was also done perfectly the way we asked him to do.Good follow up about the menu ordered.He and his team were very approachable.very good service

Short overnight trip while transferring to Havelock. It was during the monsoons and several tourists were still visiting - though it was off season. The hotel was able to handle the crowd reasonably well, the travel desk lady is very efficient and gives practical suggestions, Joy Kutty at the restaurant is attentive and ensured that we were quickly served even though it was late by the time we checked in for lunch. Overall a pleasant experience

Our stay at ITC, Bay Island, Port blair will remain in our very sweet holiday memories. Our sweetest experience with you front office person started even before arriving at the Resorts, when receive a message a day before our arrival at the ITC Bay Island. On 18/05/2024 to 19/05/2024 and 22/05/2025 to 23/05/2024 on arriving at the property, we were welcome by Ms. Pranjali, the front office person, we just appreciate her high levels of warm welcoming, energies and a commi**ent to serve the gusts with a smile & professionalist approach, we must say she a great host & asset. Our stay and experience of property location, comfortable & clean rooms and sumptuous variety of delicacies at restaurant and the collection of drinks at Swizzle bar. The entire staff from hose keeping, restaurant, in room dining, chief chef all were very courteous and helping. We must appreciate & thanks the sincere efforts of your entire teams for making our holiday stay with ITC, Bay Island Resorts, the most wonderful and memorable. Regards, Arjun Singh

Ajitesh,***p, Asimari, Rakesh and Gautham took good care of us, the food was beautiful and the welcome cafe restaurant has the best views in town, ITC is the only star hotel in port blair and the restaurant and bar have the best views, will definitely be back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
