Dieses Hotel ist großartig, mein Mann und ich lieben es! Ob für Paare, Familie, Freunde, Geschäftsreisen, dies ist ein Ort zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und schöne Erinnerungen schaffen, denn er ist für alle Arten von Publikum geeignet! Die Angestellten sind so hilfsbereit, ihr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service 10/10! Die Einrichtungen sind super sauber und entsprechen den biologischen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen! Das Zimmer ist sehr komplett, hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr komfortabel. Sie haben sogar eine Krankenschwester, falls sie sich im Schwimmbad unwohl fühlen oder einen Unfall haben oder so. Der Ort ist super groß und zum Fotografieren geeignet! Das einzige Gefühl ist, dass das Essen teuer ist, der Preis etwas hoch, aber zumindest ist das Essen lecker, eine Person ist satt, die Poolbar ist perfekt zum Entspannen, alles ist durchdacht und schön!

Es ist schlecht, weit weg von der Hütte parken zu müssen.
Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn war ständig schmutzig.
Aufgrund des starken Regens war das Dach undicht.
Lebensmittel sind sehr teuer.
Der Aufenthalt dort war ok, aber für den Preis einfach nicht angemessen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war angenehm und die Zimmer sind schön. Mein Unbehagen bestand darin, dass beim Bewegen einer der Jalousien kaputt ging und ich Q150 aufladen musste. Ich bin dankbar, dass niemand verletzt wurde.

Beautifully kept, nice and clean, friendly staff, and willing to help at any time. I would only suggest having more lights on the sidewalks during the night; it is very dark when coming back from the restaurant to the cabins.

I paid under $80/night for a simple double room for me and my 9 year old son and it was worth it. The pool and restaurant were a comfortable place to relax, cocktails were good and the service was friendly. The gardens and grounds were well kept. Some of the structures had a little wear and tear but it's to be expected given the climate. The kiddie pool area had a lot of debris in it (twigs, leaves, grass), but the grown up pool, with a swim up bar was very clean. The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport and the municipal docks in the center of town so if you want to take a boat or eat elsewhere it's easy to do though taxis will gouge you! Q100 per trip. The food at the restaurant was just ok, the seafood was good but everything else was subpar. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was nice, great price, with a separate price for kids, but the coffee terrible. There is lots to do on the resort, it's an easy place to come with your kids and let them run around. It was clean, convenient, good service, I would recommend!
