I stayed in this hotel really back In January 2020. Lucky me ! Just few months before the covid shutdown began, who knew! While visiting my family for New Years I secured a room in this lovely place very suitable for business travelers, centrally located in the heart of what’s known as “The Pearl of the West” as the city of Rafaela is called due to the many industries and factories whom called Rafaela home. The rooms are very well equipped, clean, super comfortable beds and service beyond exceptional! The rooftop has a swimming pool and ohh yes NOT TO BE MISSED the spa, sauna and massage offered upon request. Please be mindful to check these services are still available due to the current pandemic situation. Should be your only one choice if you ever happened to visit Rafaela.

Realmente un hotel.muy bien ubicado , moderno, amplio ,comodo Habitaciones excentes , con cama king Luminosa y amplia habitacion con baño comodo con hidromasaje No sirve cena , pero cerca hay restaurantes excelentes 👌 Recomendable 100%

Hotel en muy buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno esta bien, tiene lo esperable, lácteos, frutas, cereales, bizcocheria. La atención fue amable. Buena ubicación, unos 15 minutos del centro a pie.

El hotel muy moderno y limpio. Hacia mucha falta en Rafaela un hotel de cadena, nuevo y moderno !!. Habitaciones cómodas y luminosas. Bien ubicado, muy cerca de la plaza y centro comercial con cocheras. Cuando por razones de fuerza mayor no funciona el aire acondicionado hay que avisar en check in no esperar que uno pregunte después de 3 cambios de habitación. De todas maneras debo decir que nos reconocieron en la tarifa el inconveniente que fue subsanado al otro día.

La habitación es pequeña pero está bien. No ofrecen un lugar muy comodo para hacer homeoffice, cosa que hoy deberian empezar a considerar muchos hoteles. El estacionamiento queda a unos mts. La ubicación está buena, cerquita de la plaza y facil de acceder. Hay un café martinez abajo que cierra temprano y después no te pueden ofrecer nada de servicio a la habitación; al menos un té! El desayuno está bien, podría ser mas completo, pero la vista es divina.

Por ser hotel de cadena reconocida deja mucho que desear. Pareciera una gestión de hotel sin experiencia . Encontré una cucaracha en la bañadera de lo comenté a la persona de recepción y la respuesta fue, menos mal que era pequeña…Rescato la excelente disposición de los empleados sin embargo no se les ocurre cómo responder a las necesidades del huésped . El espacio de la pileta es en el último piso , muy reducido el espacio , incómodo , con una estructura que tapa el sol , pocas reposeras. El desayuno es también en el último piso con un espacio pequeño que lo daña a la linda vista a la ciudad pero es incómodo. , los fiambres , quesos y yogures no están conservados en espacio con frío , más en verano con altas temperaturas todos los productos fresco están sin refrigeración El espacio de los huevos revueltos es una bandeja con una tapa gigante que pesa un montón , tapan 3 espacios y solo uno está con comida que son los huevos revueltos que encima no tienen calentador debajo por lo que si a penas lo llenan uno no lo come , al poco tiempo están fríos! Las medialunas recalentadas, quemadas parecían del día anterior. Puedo destacar que tienen variedad de cosas pero la calidad no es buena.

Un excelente hotel para parar en Rafaela. Buena relación precio - calidad. Habitaciones hermosas, insonorizadas. Muy silencioso aunque da a una avenida. Se descansa realmente! Almohadas y colchones comodisimos. Destaca también por su excelente atención en recepción y desde la reserva por teléfono. Asimismo es de resaltar que tienen habitaciones comunicadas para familias. Nuestro precio fue sin desayuno así que no podría opinar sobre ese punto.

El hotel es muy moderno, bien ubicado, la atención del personal muy buena. La limpieza es excelente. Cuenta con desayuno buffet, muy completo. Me sorprende que no tenga restorant, tampoco cuenta con sala de juegos ni pileta cubierta, por estar catalogado como 4 estrellas, alguna de estas opciones deberían estar. Buena experiencia, como balance.
