This place is in between Jongno 3-ga and Anguk station. So is relatively close to everywhere. The convenient stores are nearby too. It is also nice that the hotel has 3 pin plug. Definitely will come stay again.

It was a great stay at Urbanstay Ikseondong. The place is clean and easy to access. Not too far from the station. And it's surrounded by good food and cafes from the Ikseondong neighborhood. Overall, 9/10. Would gladly stay there again.

The room was lovely, clean and bright. The small kitchen and washing machine was a great addition. The hotel is a short walk away from historical places, cafes, restaurants and the metro station. My only problems would be the bed was too soft, the check in time of 4 pm is too late and the door code for downstairs was different from the email I was sent.

全自助的入住體驗，酒店內不會看到有任何一個職員，沒前台，沒保安，沒有每日打掃的員工。盡管如此，酒店會提前把每一個流程都註明清楚，就算沒有任何一個服務員也會有良好的入住體驗。所有入住，退房，行李存取，房間設施操作也說明清楚。
唯一要留意的地方是每4天才會安排一次打掃，中間是不會有人進房，所以不會有人收垃圾，可回收的物品可以自行帶落地面回收筒分類，不過一般垃圾就沒有人處理。不會換垃圾袋，滿了要自行處理。吃完的外賣也是，還要考慮垃圾袋的問題，厠格的卷紙只有一卷，用完要自己想辦法。
酒店有小街道上，所以也很安靜，房內隔音也可以，我的樓層住客也很安靜。過對面就是益善洞主要的巷區，非常方便，也有很多便利店及24小時小餐館。機場巴坐6011就可以了，也非常近。第9站昌徳宮下車。酒店於2個車站中間，旺中帶靜，我很喜歡。
入住日期11月15-19日，studio A 型房間。尚算新完成裝修，保養還很好。也很整潔，燈光充足。

注意是自助入住！入住當天中午12點（首爾時間）才會收到房間號碼和門鎖密碼的郵件！所以在攜程上一定要留好郵箱地址，不然大門都進不了，沒有前台！沒有工作人員！（這麼重要的事情，攜程竟然沒提示，看到他人評論，已經發生過無法聯繫酒店無法入住的慘況！）
還好那天上午9點想先存放行李，遇上了路過的工作人員，提前獲得了行李房的密碼，向他確認了我的郵箱，不然我還會擔心攜程是否有把我的郵箱轉告酒店。所以提醒要入住的各位，若有問題，可以看看圖2的聯繫方式。
入住後一切需求都由郵件中提供的網上客服完成，酒店衹提供一晚的飲用水和毛巾，如果要多的，就通過網上客服聯繫（先智能回覆，再分派到該酒店的人工客服），最多免費提供3晚的量，無論住多久，超過3晚就要付費。參考圖3圖4。
離昌德宮很近，從酒店開始往北步行5分鐘路程，昌德宮門口對面大馬路就有租韓服的地方。
從酒店往南步行，一路巷子內都是本地人聚集的烤肉店、路邊攤和酒吧等等，但味道一般，想要好吃的可能還是要去攻略裏的網紅店，巷子盡頭就是鍾路3街地鐵站，很方便。
酒店很新，房間內是宜家風格，白色簡約乾淨，但談不上有什麼特色。有烘乾功能的洗衣機、電磁爐和各種炊具餐具，還有沖泡式的咖啡包，設備設施很實用。

체크인 시간 넘었는데도 안내가 안옴. 폰번이 없어서 못보냈다는데 말이 안되는게 트립닷컴 예약 바우처 연락처, 이메일 다 있음. 이메일 보냈다는데 스팸에도 없다고 하는데도 어반 고객센터는 무슨 말인지를 모름. 너무 답답해서 혼났음.
에어비앤*나 어반스테이 홈페이지에서 할 때는 안내 카톡이 편리하게 딱 맞춰 왔는데 트립닷컴에서 예약하니 아무 안내 없음. 트립닷컴 고객센터에 물어보니 ‘호텔 가서 1층 프론트에서 안내할거다’ 하길래 제가 알기론 어반스테이 전체가 셀프 체크인으로 알고 있는데 갸우뚱 하면서도 일단 왔더니 당연히 프론트 없음.
어반도 트립도 어디서도 체크인 방법과 객실번호를 안알려줌. 어반 카톡 고객센터도 AI로 단계 단계 거쳐서 해결은 안되고. 1층 유리 도어 안쪽에 모바일 체크인 포스터 보고 전화했더니 상담원 연결 오래 걸리고 겨우 닿은 상담원분은 제가 한 말을 그대로 복붙해서 똑같은 질문에 질문만 함. 1층 로비에서 더운데 서서 한참 만에 카톡 받아서 체크인됨. 그동안 속초, 부산, 동탄, 제주 어반스테이 몇 박씩 특히 제주는 진짜 자주 이용하는데 익선동 고객센터가 제일 답답했음
