Long wait to check in at 430 pm. The restaurant Cafe horrible service by the Check in Lady, rude and not helpful at all. Most lamps in both rooms did not work. We did enjoy the ******!

I had to change rooms over three times due to pet hair in the bed in two rooms and human hair in another bed in third room. There was mold in the shower areas as well. The staff was nice. I do not believe that housekeeping change out beds if it doesn’t look like someone was in the bed. Their bath towel are old and have stains on them. However, I felt very uncleaned.

Our room was $75 the first night and $175 the second night. But NOTHING CHANGED!! We had to ask for everything: bath towels, floor mat, coffee for the coffee maker, etc. The room was not especially clean. My pen rolled off the desk so I had to get on the floor to retrieve it and found layers of trash and debris left behind by others and a LOT of dust! There was black substance in the shower. The hotel was full according to the front desk so there was no chance of changing rooms. I took pictures and will attach if possible.

This was my second stay at Bally's and the first time was a good experience. The rooms are big and normally beautiful, however this stay had issues. Wall paper peeling off, spots on the walls, chipped furniture and hair sporadically placed in the bathroom made it feel a bit less comfortable. The biggest con for me is the distance from the front desk to the rooms and distance to the parking garage while navigating all your luggage. Given it's Shreveport area... Probably still one of the best. The staff was amazing

When I checked in I was charged an additional $86 dollars even though I had already purchased my room. I was there for 4 nights and the maid service never came.

Large room, hot shower, beautiful but dated and worn. However, it was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in… hair everywhere, there was even a piece of candy covered in dust on the floor.

The rooms are very comfortable and roomy. There's plenty of room to store your belongings and keep your room neat and organized. The cafe offers nice meals at a reasonable price. The bakery is really good. The only negative is that you must request that your room be cleaned. I realize this is very common now, and I accept the change. They should, however, check with the occupants to see if coffee, water, etc. is needed and to remove the trash. I really like this hotel and will stay again.
