Grundsätzlich ist es ein schön eingerichtetes, modernes Hotel, sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang. Ich hatte es eigentlich gebucht, wegen dem Pool auf dem Dach und auch gemäß Bildern Bar auf dem Dach. Von einer Bar wusste niemand was. Pool existierte schon, doch 25 Euro für eine Person und wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, dann für nur eine Stunde. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich sicher ein anderes Hotel gebucht, da dies das teuerste auf dieser Reise war und ich mehr erwartet hätte

The Gran Hotel Nagari is a five-star hotel near the train station and the pier. I made a short overnight stop here on my way between Santiago de Compostela and Porto, Portugal, and found it to be a good value. Breakfast was an extra 20 Euros, but was worth it. My room was excellent, and the major sights of Vigo were within walking distance. It's a good hike up to the fort, but you get a nice view overlooking Vigo. One minor point: I had hoped to go up to the hotel's top floor to photograph the sunset, but it's part of the hotel's spa and thus only available to those who pay the spa/pool fee.

Nice room but as always a few items to pick on 1. Staff at restaurant Alameda was extremely slow. Other good restaurats nearby were closed so what to do? 2. Elevator stopped, but fortunately hotel had two. 3. Got a stamp in my pigrim book but the stamp had not seen fresh ink in ages.

We have stayed at least 4 times at the Nagari and look forward to returning many more times. The rooms are large and comfortable, the location is ideal, the food is good and best of all the staff are delightful. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were really excited to visit Vigo & this hotel has a great location and looked beautiful and as we were meeting our son there , we looked forward to using the rooftop pool as advertised. I was so disappointed my son was in a camper bed , the shutters came up automatically at 8am making the room really bright & noisy. But the most disappointing was told to book the pool for on 1 hour was €25 per day per person. I was so upset and for 4 star hotel and cost was misleading. The assistant manager on reception that day when I complained was abrupt and when I said , if a pool is advertised they need to say its additional 225 for use of stay . She said it was not Ireland I was in , it was Vigo . I regret booking this hotel.
