Platinum Ritz Hotel

Ich kommentiere selten, aber ich möchte meinen Freunden, die kommen, um in der Zukunft zu leben, immer ein paar große Wahrheiten sagen. Tritt nicht auf den Donner! Ein gutes Zimmer mit Meerblick entpuppte sich als Rohbau! Sie können nur 45-Grad-Meerblick sehen. Einwegkämme sind alt, wie wiederverwendet! ! ! Beide Paar Einweghausschuhe sind abgenutzt und ich möchte sie wiederverwenden! Kann nur drei Worte sagen: sehr wertlos! ! ! ! Als ob man Freunde bleiben muss, muss man vorsichtig sein

The hotel room was more like an air bnb. Very spacious. Clean and gorgeous ocean view. The only downside is that it is quite a few kms away from riyuewan and the traffic between the two places is a headache because there's only one lane going to and from the island that the hotel is on

Lovely location with a great view. Bigger than expected with a lovely balcony. Basically a self catering apartment but nothing you could use to prepare food with in the kitchen. The bins were emptied and toiletries topped up during our stay but beds were not made and it wasn't cleaned which is a shame considering how much sand you obviously bring back each day! I found the bed really uncomfortable but it was probably your typical mattress here.

Room is very nice. Restaurant is limited and a little expensive.

*This is NOT a hotel!* Maybe we should have checked the available information more clearly, but from what we saw we believed we had booked a hotel room. Actually this place is more like holiday apartments in a high rise building quite far away from anywhere. The pros: Rooms are clean and big, there is a huge balcony and a kitchen (for who might need one). It is quiet and the beds are comfortable, we slept well. The cons: The whole compound is situated on a small artificial island, access only via a bridge where most of the times you have a long traffic jam because of paying the parking fee when leaving, or scanning health codes when entering. From the front desk to the main building it's again a 10min walk. You could drive by car, but there are no parking lots available - parking on the road is free, that is IF you find a free spot. Breakfast is a joke. You receive a 25yuan coupon that can be used to buy some noodles at the reception. There are basically two choices of noodles, that's it. It's edible but far from delicious. There are quite a few good places to have breakfast at the main bar street in town...which is a good 45min walk away. You could rent an electric scooter (80yuan per day) but only starting from the bridge connecting to the mainland. It is not allowed to bring the bike into the compound. Which means more inconvenience again. All in all, if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, especially for larger groups needing much space, and if you are willing to accept the inconveniences of basically no service and long long walk ways to wherever you go: this is the place to be. For us, we decided to move to another place and read the comment section more carefully next time.

great apartment with nice view and facilities just let down by the parkibg and strange entry exit for cars on the island, better to rent a scooter!

The rooms are true to the pictures, they are clean and practical. The complex is partially built and the pools are not usable. It is a bit disappointing but overall the value for money is good.

Great hotel room in an awesome environment. Not much to do on the island during the time we stayed but across the bridge there is plenty of cool stuff to do and see. Fun time, really enjoyed it and very pleasant place to stay

Good location, clean, spacious apartments, and really helpful staff. The location is on the island overlooking Riyue Bay. The views are great looking out over the bay. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach to swim or surf or you can get an e-bike no hassle. The staff were very helpful with everything I could have asked for. They went out of their way to assist a non-Chinese speaking traveller and moved my room for a different view when it was possible. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
